Care Team Leader: Lead, Develop & Deliver Person Centred Care

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our Supported Living Service in Thatto Heath, St Helens. You will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and help individuals achieve personal goals.

We offer training and development, DBS paid for, and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression and qualifications. 8 paid training days per year and a strong pension scheme are included.
