Job Description
Runwood Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee and deliver person-centred care for residents, promoting safety, respect, and independence. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain high care standards, manage records, and support medication audits, while working closely with Home and Deputy Managers to ensure exceptional wellbeing and service delivery.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous.
