Care Team Leader: Lead Dementia Care & Shifts

Radis Community Care is recruiting a Team Leader for Dorothy Terry House in Redditch. You will be the first point of contact for residents and staff onsite and for visiting health professionals, leading shifts and ensuring high standards.

You will create and update care plans and risk assessments, audit MAR charts and daily records, and manage staff rotas. On-call duties and weekend shifts are required to deliver outstanding care.
