Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at The Coombs to lead by example, provide high quality care and companionship, support residents with personal care and daily living, and promote independence and wellbeing.

You will oversee medication administration, maintain accurate records, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and guide the care team, creating a warm, welcoming home where residents feel truly at home.
