Care Team Leader: Lead & Elevate Senior Care

Agincare Group in Bexhill-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join their family. In this role, you will support residents by providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with social activities. You will also oversee medication administration and manage documentation within the care home.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a social care environment and a QCF level 2 qualification. This position requires availability for 36-hour shifts that include alternate weekends.
