Job Description
Avocet Court Care Home in Ipswich is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support our care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
You will lead, supervise and develop staff, uphold our values of Celebrating Every Individual, and help residents achieve the best possible outcomes.
The role offers £15.25 per hour (including holiday uplift) with a flexible Monday-Sunday shift pattern, a comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities.
