Job Description
Athena Care Homes are seeking a Team Leader at Ashlynn Grange Care Home in Peterborough. You will lead the care team, support delivery of high-quality care, and drive residents' wellbeing. The role offers progression towards CHAPS or nursing positions and funded apprenticeships.
Salary is £13.61 per hour with a 45-hour week on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, within Bretton Gate, Peterborough. Comprehensive induction and career development opportunities are provided.
