Chestnut Court Care Home is in the centre of New Milton and can house up to 25 people who have both dementia and developmental needs. An amazing crew works hard to make the residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home.

As the Care Team Leader, you will be in charge of the night team and help the Registered Manager make sure that the appropriate levels of care are met. You will be responsible for helping residents with their nighttime and early morning routines, personal care, giving out medication, filling out all necessary paperwork, taking charge in medical emergencies or other situations that may come up (with support from an on call manager), and setting an example of professional, caring care.
