Job Description
Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to plan and provide high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring standards are met, records are accurate, and colleagues are effectively communicated with.
You will support Home Manager and Deputy Manager, overseeing medication handling and audits while promoting compassionate, independent living for residents. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
