Care Team Leader: Dementia Care & Team Leadership

Runwood Homes is seeking a proactive Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will work to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and independent while maintaining accurate records and strong communication with colleagues.

The role involves supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, administering medications, and participating in medication audits. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
