Job Description

Join the Agincare family as a Care Team Leader at Laurel Dene, where your leadership, compassion, and experience will help shape a safe, happy, and supportive home for our residents and team.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
  • Must have experience working in a senior role in care
  • Must have experience with medication
  • QCF Level 3 (or above)
  • 36 hours per week (day shifts)
  • Availability to work alternate weekends
Your role
  • Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
  • Support residents with personal care and daily living
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing
  • Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
  • Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
  • Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
