What we offer:- £14.50 per hour
- Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000)
- Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

- Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK
- At least 2 years' experience in social care
- 36 hours per week (day shifts)
- Availability to work alternate weekends
- Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
- Support residents with personal care and daily living
- Encourage independence and wellbeing
- Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
- Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
