Care Team Leader

The role is based in Didsbury - Palatine Road.

Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour (minimum)

Shifts: Full Time Days and Weekends x 39 hours

Role Summary

As a Team Leader at Belong you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. You will also be responsible for medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers' plans are up to date. Through demonstrable experience you will have awareness that sometimes you may face challenges and as a result you will excel at planning both your time and team while remaining supportive to peoples individual needs.

Qualifications

The right person will have an NVQ level 3 in Care (or be working toward); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
