About the Role

Position: Care Team Leader
Location: Fern Brook Lane, Shaftesbury Road, Gillingham, SP8 4QD
Pay: Up to £33,370 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours over 3 days, to include alternate weekends
Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 20:30

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to residents alongside Senior Care and Care Assistants.
• Ensure the team is supported and guided throughout their shift.
• Administer medication to residents.
• Liaise with external medical professionals and residents' families.
• Deliver care to the highest standards in line with Care South values.

Qualifications

NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and full competence in medication administration.
