Care Team Leader - Corby

Hours: 42 per week

Days: 8am to 8pm Nights: 8pm to 8am

Now hiring for both day and night shifts

Your Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, happy, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the care team during shifts
  • Ensuring outstanding person-centred care
  • Administering and overseeing medication
  • Supporting care planning and assessments
  • Motivating and mentoring team members
  • Helping residents live fulfilling and dignified lives every day

This is a hands on leadership role where compassion matters just as much as experience.
