Lifeways in Seaford is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our established service, working alongside the Service Manager to lead a passionate team delivering person-centred care. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with shifts 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-10:30pm plus sleeps on a rota basis.
