Lifeways is on the lookout for a passionate, driven Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager and help shape the future of our Supported Living Services in Radcliffe.

Shift Details

• Full time (37.5 hrs/week)
• Shifts between 08.00am - 22.00pm (Monday - Sunday)

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
• A motivated Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step

• Inspire and guide a team of Support Workers
• Deliver exceptional, person centred care
• Support recruitment, training and staff development
• Communicate confidently with colleagues, families and professionalsUse digital systems to maintain accurate, high quality records
