Job Description

Belong Limited in Manchester (Didsbury - Palatine Road) is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to coach and guide a team of dedicated support workers in a warm residential setting. You will oversee medication management and ensure up-to-date customer plans while modelling compassionate, person-centered care.

Strong leadership, organisational skills and a commitment to DBS checks and safeguarding are essential. NVQ level 3 in Care (or working toward) is preferred.
