Care Team Leader - Field-Based, Training & On-Call

Good Oaks Home Care is seeking a Team Leader for our Maidenhead and Windsor branch, covering Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Taplow, Eton and surrounding areas.

Most of your week is out on the road with a regular caseload of your own, while the rest is the team leader side: supporting newer carers, covering the office phones, helping with training, and taking your turn on the on-call rota. We are a young branch and you'll help build the service.
