Job Description

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a proactive Care Team Leader in Ipswich to oversee a team of Care Assistants and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents, including those living with dementia. You will lead care planning, maintain safety, and support the Home Manager with daily operations.

You will be responsible for accurate record keeping, medication handling, and audits, with opportunities for NVQ development and ongoing training.
