Care Team Leader (Days) - The Cedars, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours:
42 per week
Shift Pattern: 2-week rolling rota

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Care Team Leader to guide our day team and help deliver outstanding care every day.

About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will take the lead on shift, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Lead, support, and motivate the care team
  • Oversee daily care delivery and maintain high standards
  • Administer medication and ensure best practice is followed
  • Contribute to care planning and resident assessments
  • Ensure compliance with care regulations and policies
  • Create a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff

Your leadership will shape the quality of care and the experience of everyone in the home.
