Care Support Worker - Empower Lives in Southampton

Lifeways Southampton is hiring Support Workers for full- and part-time roles, including waking nights. You'll help people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs to live with independence and dignity.

Locations include SO31/Southampton. We offer flexible shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm) with alternate weekends and a welcoming, supportive team environment. Training is provided, and there's a strong emphasis on making a real daily impact.
