Job Description
Helix Medical Centre in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Care Coordinator to support personalised care, patient navigation and front-of-house administration within a busy GP practice team.
You will assist frail and long-term condition patients to access the right care at the right time while upholding confidentiality and high standards of service. This is a permanent, full-time role with NHS Pension options and varied hours.
