Care Navigator: Patient Experience & Admin Support

NHS is seeking a Care Navigator to join our team in Chipping Barnet. The ideal candidate will have experience in the NHS, solid computer skills, and excel in customer service. This role is vital for providing internal administrative support and ensuring a high standard of care for our patients.
