Care Navigator & Front Desk Receptionist - GP Practice

NHS in Leamington Spa is seeking a compassionate Care Navigator to join our busy GP practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with appointment bookings and handling enquiries to ensure seamless patient care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn, as we provide full training. With shifts available in the morning and afternoon, you will be instrumental in helping our warm team provide exceptional service to our patient base.
