Care Manager - Maternity Cover

Hours: Maternity Cover - up until August 2027; Full or Part Time considered - Working hours: 39 hours per week - early and late shifts & including weekends on a rolling rota basis.

Bladon House School is a residential children's home and school for young people with additional needs including Autism, Prader Willi Syndrome, and learning difficulties. We have a national reputation for working successfully with young people with complex needs.

This is a role which will ensure high quality care, compliance and operational systems are delivered within our care homes. We are seeking a Care Manager to both support our existing house management teams and be a link with the Senior Care Team. Working in an Ofsted rated "Good" care provision, you will also provide visionary leadership, coaching and guidance to a team of Managers and Team Leaders, all of whom share a passion to provide amazing opportunities to our young people.
