Care Leavers Personal Advisor - Empowering Pathways

Luton Borough is seeking a dedicated professional to work with care leavers and young people as they transition into adulthood and independent living. You will undertake needs assessments and develop pathway plans under the Leaving Care Act 2000, ensuring young people's needs, goals and aspirations are identified and supported.

You will manage a caseload, provide ongoing advice and practical support, and help young people progress in education, employment and housing.
