Service Care Solutions Ltd is looking for a dedicated Personal Advisor in Cheshire East to support young care leavers as they transition to independence. You will build trusting relationships and ensure that young people's voices are at the center of planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the challenges faced by young people leaving care, and a commitment to empowering them. Full-time role with potential evening and weekend hours.
