Care Leaver Personal Advisor: Pathway to Independent Living

Carrington Blake Recruitment is looking for a Personal Advisor in the Leaving Care Service. In this role, you will support young people transitioning to adulthood and independent living by managing a caseload, coordinating services, and promoting positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Personal Advisor, knowledge of leaving care legislation, and strong communication skills. This position requires collaboration with various agencies and a minimum of three days in-office attendance per week.
