Care Home Recruiter Travel Required, DBS Reimbursed

Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a People & Culture Recruiter to search for and source candidates for vacancies across the business and to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.

You will work closely with Home Managers and Care Home teams to deliver recruitment services in line with our values, perform HR admin duties for allocated homes, and organise recruitment events across our geographic area. Travel to allocated Care Homes is required; being a car driver is essential.
