Care Home Operations & HR Administrator

Barchester Healthcare are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our management team at the Bath home. You will support the General Manager, oversee Customer Experience, HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and supervise junior admin staff to ensure smooth operation.

You will need to be self-sufficient, professional and capable of promoting a positive image, with strong IT and organisational skills, and provide direction to colleagues.
