The Role - Residential Care Home Manager (Fareham)

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational, regulatory, and quality performance of the home. You will lead a settled team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure continued Good CQC compliance.

This is not a turnaround role - the home is already performing well and needs a manager who can maintain standards, support staff, and continue positive momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the residential care home
• Act as CQC Registered Manager
• Maintain and enhance CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
• Lead, support, and develop an established care team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential care
• Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and KPIs
• Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Ensure ongoing inspection readiness and quality assurance

About You - Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Residential Care Home Manager / Care Home Manager
• Strong CQC track record, ideally with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes
• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and residential care standards
• Confident, supportive leader with excellent people-management skills
• Organised, approachable, and quality-focused
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care in a positive environment
• Right to work in the UK
