Care Home GP - Part-Time Fridays, Elderly Care Focus

West London NHS Trust is offering a part-time Care Home GP post in London. The role provides dedicated time in care homes to build relationships with residents and staff, delivering high quality, patient centred care with strong MDT support.

We seek GMC registered GPs with an interest in frailty or elderly medicine; Fridays preferred. Duties include weekly care home reviews, phone triage, prescription management and collaborative care planning.
