Care Home Assistant: Patient Support & Daily Living

Gainford Group is seeking a care assistant to support the shift lead in delivering patient care. Duties include maintaining a safe, homely environment, assisting with meals, and aiding the nurse in charge with planned care. The role involves reception duties and basic documentation to support the care team.

The post holder will participate in flexible duties to ensure 24-hour care and will follow Home policies on hygiene, safety, and patient handling as part of daily responsibilities.
