Care Home Activities & Engagement Coordinator

Hill Care Ltd is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and implement activities tailored to Clients' needs, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events. You will organise engaging programmes, encourage participation from Staff, Relatives and Friends, and accompany Clients to offsite activities when appropriate.
