Care Growth & Operations Coordinator

Connected Health Group Limited seeks a Care Co-ordinator to assist the Client Care Manager in monitoring and growing service areas. You will liaise with HSE, service users, and health professionals to maintain quality under the company's policy and oversee rostering and reporting.

You will manage rosters, monitor calls, complete timesheets daily, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with recruitment and CCMs across the CHO geography.
