Care Group GM, Surgery & MSK - Strategy & Delivery

NHS Trust is seeking a highly experienced Care Group General Manager to lead an integrated clinical, operational and financial portfolio. This role partners with the Clinical Director and Senior Matron to shape strategy and deliver performance and patient care improvements.

You will be accountable for operational excellence, budget setting, and implementing strategic initiatives across the Care Group, with a focus on achieving national access targets and workforce development.
