Job Description
Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a Care Farm Manager & SEND Lead for Lakeside Care Farm, Lower Moor Nature Reserve (Wiltshire). The role oversees a growing Care Farms programme, with a focus on SEND provision and delivering high-quality nature-based learning experiences for children and young people.
The successful candidate will lead a talented team, ensure safeguarding and student wellbeing, manage budgets and develop person-centred activities to achieve EHCP outcomes.
