Care Deputy Manager - Lead & Empower in Supported Living

Consensus Support Services Limited (trades as Consensus) in Ipswich, Suffolk, is seeking a Deputy Manager for a two-building Supported Living service. You will lead a team to provide person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, supporting independence and community involvement.

You'll work with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality care, engage with the community and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for residents.
