We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Oxford and Bicester. This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home care throughout Oxford and Bicester.
This role is currently a 90% service based role, you would be expected to cover care calls as required. The role will initially involve care calls when required but will become more office based as our service grows.
Responsibilities- Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
- Undertake regular care visits including being available evening and weekends when needed
- Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
- Managing staff absence, allocating calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
- Assisting in the training and induction of new team members
- Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service
- You're a highly organised and efficient co-ordinator with a people focused approach
- You're a strong communicator with all types of people and ability to remain positive
- You are IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
- You're highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high
- You are growth focused and support continued development of yourself and the team
- You are dedicated with high energy levels
- You're willing to undertake a DBS check to work with vulnerable adults
- 30 hours per week
- £21,000-£25,000 Base salary
- 20 Holiday days offered
