Care Coordinator & Supervisor - Lead Care, Rostering & Training

Day Care Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care/Support Coordinator to match Care/Support Workers with clients and ensure continuity of coverage during holidays, sickness, and emergencies.

You will conduct needs assessments, spot checks and supervisions to ensure the delivered care aligns with the planned care. You will also introduce new carers to clients, run team meetings and be the first point of contact for office and field issues.
