Care Coordinator - Domiciliary Care

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent 3-week rotational on-call

An established Oxford-based domiciliary care provider is seeking a Care Coordinator to lead community care operations and support growth across Oxfordshire.

• Manage weekly staff rotas and cover planned/unplanned absences
• Conduct client assessments, care plans, and reviews
• Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and carer introductions
• Provide emergency care cover when required
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Assist the Registered Manager with CQC inspection prep

• Minimum 2 years' experience in care team leadership or management
• Care Coordinator experience preferred
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
