Care at Home Enablement Officer

Position

Care at Home and Enablement Officer - Inverness integrated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work autonomously to ensure a high-quality Enablement and Discharge to Assess (home first) service, focusing on regaining independence in the person's own home.
• Manage staff including supervision and training.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the Integrated Team.
• Coordinate commissioned care at home with independent sector providers.
• Monitor commissioned hours and ensure financial paperwork is completed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• SVQ4 Health and Social Care or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Care Inspectorate and SSSC standards.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council.
