Summary

We are looking for kind, caring and compassionate individuals to provide support to adults of all ages. You will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team promoting and maintaining individual's independence, dignity and choice, undertaking medical, nursing or therapy related treatment programmes or social care intervention in order to support and enable people in their own homes.

Don't worry if you haven't worked in care before, we're also interested in people with a naturally caring attitude, and we will provide all the training and support needed.

Requirements

• Can encourage and enable people to remain an active part of their community.
• Able to build effective relationships and communicate to a high standard.
