Care Assistant/ Support Worker

Keystone Healthcare is recruiting experienced Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals within care homes, supported living services and other healthcare settings.

The role involves supporting individuals with their daily living needs, personal care, mobility, nutrition, medication support where appropriate, and maintaining their dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Workers are expected to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care while following individual care plans, safeguarding procedures and the policies of the service they are working in.

The role offers flexible shift opportunities across Yorkshire, with current demand particularly in Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster and Wakefield.

Previous professional care experience is required ( 6 Months Minimum within the UK).
