Care Assistant: Sponsorship Available

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. You'll be providing personal care and support to adults in a care home setting, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance)
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Support residents with daily activities and companionship
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
• Work effectively as part of a caring, professional team

Requirements

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
• Kindness, patience, and strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Right to work in the UK

Shift pattern: 8am - 8pm (12-hour day shifts)

Schedule rota, alternate weekends.
