Are you a compassionate and dedicated care professional looking to make a real difference in a quiet coastal setting? We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our small, specialist care home in Swanage, supporting adults with acquired brain injury and/or learning disabilities.

About the Home

Our care home is situated in a peaceful coastal location in Swanage, with excellent access to local amenities and health services. The home is registered for 4 residents and currently has two vacant beds, offering the opportunity to provide truly personalised care in a small, friendly environment.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
About You
  • Experience in health or social care preferred but not essential
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about improving quality of life for people with complex needs
  • Willingness to learn and follow best practice care standards
