Who You Are:

• Kind, dependable, and passionate about home care
• HaveQQI Level 5 Healthcare Supportor equivalent (Nursing, Social Care, etc.)
• CompletedCare SkillsandCare of the Older Person
• Hold a validPeople Moving & Handling Certificate
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to provide character and/or work references
• Willing to completeGarda Vetting(fee reimbursed)
• Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality personal care in clients' homes
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and companionship
• Promote independence and dignity
• Accurately document daily care notes and changes in conditionFollow client care plans and infection control procedures
• Work collaboratively with care coordinators and supervisors
