Shift Details: 12-hour shifts (days and nights)

Salary: £14.00 per hour.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client living in their own home, who has a wide range of complex needs and requires day and night support.

About the Client:

  • Epilepsy
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • PEG feeding
  • Partially sighted
  • Ventilator and oxygen use
  • Wheelchair bound

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in complex care (essential)
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
  • Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Right to work in the UK - unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
