About the Role

This is a casual, part time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share moments and memories. The job varies each day, offering a rewarding experience where you support residents with food, drink, care plans, and one to one time, developing your career.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including feeding, hydration, hygiene and mobility. Follow care plans, support residents with meals, medication reminders, and appointments. Provide companionship and one to one interactions. Support the team by offering coverage for annual leave, sick leave and other short term absences.
